How do I contact you?
If you have any questions, please take a minute to review the FAQs below. If you can’t find an answer to your question or need customer service, the best way to get a hold of me is to use this contact form or email me at hello@wildflowerfoxcrafts.com
Please use the subject line when emailing me. If I don’t respond within 48 hours, please try again. Sometimes emails end up in my spam folder, and I don't see them.
You can also message me through my Etsy Shop. However, I don’t recommend messaging me on social media. I don’t spend much time on social media and often miss messages.
Do you use AI?
Yes and no. I started this website to share my love of embroidery and teach others this meditative craft. Therefore, it is essential to me that all my embroidery designs, patterns, and tutorials be created by me from start to finish.
I don’t use artificial intelligence to generate stitched images or finished embroidery pieces.
I don’t use artificial intelligence to write patterns, tutorials, or blog posts. However, I do use Grammarly to help with punctuation, spelling, and sentence structure.
I will never try to pass off an AI image as my own embroidery to other art piece. If I share an AI-generated image, I will disclose that it is AI-generated and explain why I’m using it.
That said, I do think AI is kind of a fun toy, and I do use it sometimes. You can learn more about how I use AI here.
Shipping - How and when will my order be shipped?
I offer easy, flat-rate shipping on all orders to the USA*.
Most orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 3 business days. Custom or personalized products may have a longer processing time. Most orders are in transit for an additional 5 to 15 days before delivery.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships. Tracking: All orders include a USPS tracking number.
Digital Downloads -Digital products do not require shipping. Orders containing only digital products will not incur shipping charges.
*If you live outside of the USA and would like to place an order, please contact me. I will do my best to accommodate you.
Cancellations and Returns
—- Cancellations
Orders for non-personalized physical products may be cancelled as long as the order has not shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me immediately.
Orders for custom or personalized products can only be cancelled if I have not started making them. Any deposits made on custom orders are non-refundable.
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled.
—- Damaged or Missing Orders
If any item in your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the issue. Please retain any damaged items, as they may need to be returned. Photos of the damage are helpful. If an order is marked delivered but cannot be found, I may require you to file a police report in the event of theft.
—- Returns
Digital Downloads are not refundable.
Please read the design descriptions carefully; there are NO refunds or exchanges for digital designs. Because embroidery designs, patterns, and tutorials are digital products, they cannot be returned or refunded. If you are unsure about what you are getting or whether a design will work for you, please contact me before placing an order.
The only exception is if you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice. Contact me, and I’ll give you a different design/pattern of equal value.
If you encounter any issues with my designs, please contact me, and I will work with you to resolve them.
—- Returns of Physical Products
Physical products may be returned, but I do not offer exchanges at this time.
My return window is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your return will not be accepted if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Or if the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A prepaid return shipping label will be available for your return. If you use the prepaid return shipping label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose not to use the prepaid shipping label, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item if it is shipped without tracking.

I will require your name and order number.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card.
Can I sell items I make with your patterns?
The short answer is YES, but with a few conditions.
The Licensing Agreement for patterns, designs, or tutorials by Suzie Lee Henderson:
By purchasing any of my designs, you are granted a license to embroider it by hand. The design remains the property of Suzie Lee Henderson.
Hand embroidery designs can be stitched onto anything you like. You can sell any products you make with my designs. Small commercial use is acceptable; however, mass production of anything using my designs is prohibited. If you are unsure whether you are mass-producing, please contact me. You are not allowed to offer my designs for use on on-demand sites such as Zazzle, CafePress, Printify, etc.
Neither the designs themselves nor the digital files/downloads may be shared, sold, swapped, traded, bartered, given away, or otherwise used.
What if I want to edit a pattern or design?
You may edit a design (resize, change colors, combine designs, add text, etc.), but the edited design remains the property of Suzie Lee Henderson and is subject to this licensing policy. Therefore, you may not use any of my designs, in whole or in part, to create a new design you intend to sell.
If you choose to use my designs for projects other than embroidery, they may be used only for personal use and for gifts for family and friends. No sales, please. The artwork used in my designs was created, is owned by, and is copyrighted by Suzie Lee Henderson.
Can I use your images or photos?
I do not allow the use of my images or photos without permission. All images are the property of Suzie Lee Henderson. If you would like to use any of my images, please contact me first.
What if I lose or can no longer download a digital product?
If you purchased any of my digital products, patterns, designs, tutorials, or e-books and can no longer download them, please contact me. I am happy to send you the files.
Do you offer custom and personalized orders?
I am not taking custom orders at this time. However, I am always open to design ideas or suggestions. Please feel free to contact me with your suggestions.
